As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll be building the backbone of Europe’s fastest-growing digital mental health platform. Your work will ensure that our clinicians and clients can connect reliably and securely , while enabling the company to scale internationally.

💻 AS A SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER YOU WILL:

• Architect, build, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure that supports millions of therapy sessions with zero downtime.
• Ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and high-performing, supporting rapid growth across multiple markets.
• Design monitoring and observability systems that give full visibility into platform health and performance.
• Champion a DevOps culture, empowering engineers to own reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery.
• Mentor, coach, and influence engineering teams, helping to raise the bar across the company.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in digital healthcare.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• You have significant experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (setup, migration, cluster management).
• Solid expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Experience with microservice-oriented architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred, but Terraform/CloudFormation welcome).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Proficiency in programming, with experience in Typescript or Javascript preferred.
• A curious, problem-solving mindset, always looking for better tools and approaches.

Bonus points for:

• Experience deploying SPAs, Node.js + GraphQL apps.
• Experience deploying Python gunicorn/FastAPI apps
• Linux VM and scripting experience.
• AWS certifications.
