We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern who will work closely with the HRBP Team on a specific
business function to support on daily activities that surround it. This involves having direct relationships with
employees working in the area, helping in the prioritization of their needs and requests. The role requires
maintenance of reports and charts, functional to the monitoring of the organizational structure. Teamwork is
at the basis of most of the activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting steps and candidatesā onboarding
- Support in daily activities (reports update, building presentations)
- Support in People Development activities
- Internships monitoring and control
- Organizational Charts maintenance
Main requirements:
- Educational Background in Human Resources / Economics and Management / Law / Psychology
- Strong proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Personal Inclination to teamwork
- Ability to modulate communication based on the context
