To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an IT Manager to join the Tech team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure and applications are efficient, scalable, and support our global operations. You’ll collaborate with various teams, manage our technology suite, and provide strategic oversight while staying hands-on to resolve operational challenges.

💻 AS AN IT/APPLICATIONS MANAGER YOU WILL:

• IT Application Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT applications and tools, ensuring functionality and alignment with company objectives.
• Technical Support & Scalability: Partner with teams to maintain and enhance IT systems for approximately 300 employees across multiple countries.
• Budget Oversight: Be part of managing the IT budget, optimize expenditures, and collaborate on procurement decisions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop a roadmap for IT system integration and future growth while considering compliance and security needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team, including Petro, and other departments to support and implement IT strategies effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Act as a point of escalation for critical technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU: 

• You have significant experience in IT/application management, with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing IT operations.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• This is an individual contributor role, and will require regular travel to our Milan office.
