Your Opportunity:

The resource involved will assist Executive management in planning and organizing activities, ensuring a timely and professional response.

 

Your Contribution:

  • Manage the agenda, the planning and the organization of meetings, as well as the related setting up of the rooms;
  • Organize trips and transfers for the Department, Executive, Director and Managers;
  • Prepare material and presentations or documents for meetings especially with the Board;
  • Manage national and international correspondence;
  • Support the manager relations with internal and external customers to ensure efficiency and satisfaction;
  • Analysis, reporting, archive and administrative back office activities including invoice management

 

Your Skills:

  • Previous experience in similar role, gained for at least 4-5 years, preferably in structured companies;
  • Excellent level of fluency in English and preferably knowledge of another language, in addition to Italian;
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, flexibility and reliability.
