SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGEMENT OPERATOR

Mission:

Perform support activities related to the Group IT equipment of the common areas and manage the related logistics aspects.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the technical management of the Corporate TV and Company’s Ledwall and provide support within the frame of events overseeing image projections through these tools;
  • Take care of the maintenance of the meeting rooms portal and other related tools;
  • Plan and distribute the new mobile phones to be assigned to the users;
  • Manage, increase and maintain the business Apps for the corporate mobile phones;
  • Perform the activities of invoices check and SES issue about the pertinent activities;
  • Take care of the Printers management and related consumables control supporting external suppliers;
  • Take care of the management of the Portal for new LeasePlan accounts (car rental long term);
  • Provide support for the Smart Lockers (IT system included) and assists the user in case of roblems;
  • Take care of the management and logistics of IT and non-IT asset device warehouses.

Personal Attributes:

  • BSc or MSc Degree or High School Diploma
  • At least 2 year of experience in the Facility Department or within technical functions
  • Relational, managerial, organizational, listening and problem-solving skills
