Supervisory Reporting & GL Accounting

Location: Rome

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

– Be in charge of the GL accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

– Reconcile GL accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

– Provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting

– Ensure the correct accounting management of Asset

– Collaborate with the accounting team to the statutory and fiscal closing of the financial statements on a monthly basis

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

– 5+ years of experience in accounting

– Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles

– Proficient in financial software and MS Excel

– Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

– Good written and spoken English language skills
