Service Delivery Manager

- Experience in managing policies, procedures and best practices;
- Experience in the world of Acquiring and Digital Payments;
- Ability to govern and coordinate document framework review activities;
- Ability to prepare deliverables and presentations to the WL Group;
- Relational and organizational skills and management of working groups;
- Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result;
- Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic);
- Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages;
- Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader;
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities;
- Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect;
- Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem solving;
- Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA;
- ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated;
- Degree in Engineering or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics);
- At least 8-10 years of work experience.
