  • Experience in managing policies, procedures and best practices;
  • Experience in the world of Acquiring and Digital Payments;
  • Ability to govern and coordinate document framework review activities;
  • Ability to prepare deliverables and presentations to the WL Group;
  • Relational and organizational skills and management of working groups;
  • Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result;
  • Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic);
  • Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages;
  • Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader;
  • Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect;
  • Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem solving;
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA;
  • ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated;
  • Degree in Engineering or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics);
  • At least 8-10 years of work experience.
