Senior Brand Relations Manager (fixed term contract – 1 year) 

  • Are you a highly energetic and passionate professional who is keen to drive impactful events, activations and partnerships to ignite the love of the LEGO® brand to millions of children? We are looking for a senior brand relations professional to join our amazing Italian Marketing team to support and to accelerate how we communicate about our business, our values and our brands through the delivery of plans across PR, Influencers, Events, Brand partnerships, social media and AFOLs (adults fans of LEGO) that engage and inspire our audiences. Core Responsibilities  

  • Translating and adapting global strategies to support local earned executions across PR, Influencers, AFOLs, social media and events, ensuring relevance and impact for key audiences 
  • Leading the way in marketing communications through an audience-led approach that moves from campaign-first to passion and purpose driven (focusing on earned channels) 
  • Creating consumer journeys that fully apply our breadth of Earned channels to bring added value to our audiences 
  • Managing the local PR & influencer agency, ensuring they deliver standard processes and strong results that support the business objectives of the LEGO Group 
  • Collaborating with the Western Europe Brand Relations Forum, to ensure local needs are well represented in global and regional campaigns 
  • Tracking campaign performance using measurements tools, preparing evaluation reports and using data and analytics to create recommendations to inform future campaign planning 
  • Supporting the PR agency and secure consistency for internal/external corporate communications 
  • Being part of the Italian Marketing Leadership Team

Our Marketing Team consists of amazing marketeers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence and engagement. We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market-strategies for Italy. 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Strong understanding of PR, media relations, social media and influencer landscape with a track record of generating and maintaining media relationships 
  • Previous experience in working with high impact brands, either as PR Manager, Creator Manager, and Social Media Manager in an equivalent role 
  • Advantage: digital background (including specific influencers expertise) 
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple external agency partners and balance, prioritize and activate multiple PR campaigns and projects simultaneously 
  • Strong collaborator both in internal multifunctional teams and with external agencies/partnership 
  • Strong project management skills
