SALES SUPPORT & ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

For the Sales Area of the Mobility Business Unit we are looking for a:

 

 Sales Support & Analysis Specialist – Protected categories under law 68/99

 

The person will be responsible for the analytical powerhouse supporting the Sales team and he/she will have the responsibility to leverage data to provide insights, identify trends, and make recommendations that will enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.

 

The person will manage the following activities:

  • Sales analysis:

-Generate regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management and the sales team

-monitor key sales metrics (e.g., sales volume, revenue, profit, market shar) and prepare monthly regular performance reports

-evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and promotional strategies to optimize performance

-provide day-to-day support to the sales team including spot analysis

  • Sales support:

 -Maintain a comprehensive database of all customers eligible for bonuses based on sales target or specific contractual agreements

-monitor customers’ purchasing patterns and sales performance to ensure they meet the required thresholds for bonus eligibility

-collaborate with sales, finance, accounting and customer service teams to manage properly bonus calculations, bonus communication and processing

-generate regular reports on bonus performance, including total bonuses paid, bonus-eligible customers, and impact on sales.

-maintain a database of all sales agents and their sales and related commissions

-collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to automate processes, reducing manual errors and improving efficiency

-provide feedback and recommendations to improve bonus and commission programs, based on data analysis and market conditions

 

  • Forecasting:

-Support sales team to prepare accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis

-collaborate with the supply chain and finance teams to align sales forecasts with inventory levels and production schedules

-continuously monitor forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments to improve forecasting processes

 

  • Pricing & Margin Analysis:

-Monitor and evaluate margins across different product lines and customer segments

-collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and objectives

-provide recommendations for pricing adjustments based on market trends, competitor analysis, and cost factors

-develop pricing models and tools to support the sales team in negotiations and deal structuring.

 

 

Requirements of the position:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or similar; Master’s degree or certifications are a plus

-good knowledge of English

-excellent knowledge of Excel

-knowledge of analytical tools preferred

-advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

-good knowledge of CRM systems and experience with sales-related analytics tools

-previous experience in similar roles (preferable).

-ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
