RINA is currently recruiting for a R&D PM Admin Assistant – Categorie protette legge 68/99 to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission
The R&D PM Admini Assistant supports the administrative process of R&D financed project working together with the PM. The role involves a combination of administrative coordination, planning of resources and internal management tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Administrative Coordination:
- Collaborate with the technical and financial colleagues in analyzing the R&D projects budget
- Resource Planning and Claim Management:
- Manage the planning and claim processes for resources related to R&D projects.
- Work closely with R&D teams in Business Units to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
- Financial Planning:
- Prepare the financial plan for R&D projects, including the annual budget and quarterly forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze actual versus planned data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Improve forecasting accuracy by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate closely with diverse R&D teams in the Business Units to understand their needs and provide effective support.
- Customer Service:
- Provide strong customer service to R&D teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project operations.
- Act as a liaison between R&D teams and other departments, fostering effective communication.
Education
Qualifications & Experiences
– Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art. 1
– Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred.
– Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis.
– Familiarity with EC funding procedures and national/regional schemes is a plus.
