Office Manager

We’re looking for an Office Manager & Admin, belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99).

The person will be the point of reference for all various internal and external interlocutors and will be engaged in the following activities:

– Logistics aspects: supply, equipment, purchases, shipments concerning the Site

– Administrative management of the team: support for attendance management and payroll interface, support for travel management and expense notes, lunch cards

– Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors for all site needs

– Interface with Group ST management, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Safety and Site Management

– Support for organizing events, meetings, managing interns and collaborators.

She/He will deal with the processes of ST and make them operational in the reality of Pavia, finding creative solutions for the various needs, creating a strong and positive network with the reference figures in the company and acquiring the necessary knowledge of the procedures and standards of ST.

The desired profile is a person with excellent relational ability and flexibility.

She/He is very result-oriented and has a problem-solving approach.

As our environment is multinational, candidate will need a good command of the English language.

A degree in administration, management or language will be required and the basic knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.

Candidate will be belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99).
