Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• The resource will be devoted to project development initiatives mainly in the context of energy transition;
• Providing legal advice on: drafting and negotiations of non – disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, non – binding and binding offers, exclusivity agreements, due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiation of investment agreements, joint ventures agreements, shareholders agreements, put and call options and ancillary deeds and documentation;
• Providing legal advice on project finance transactions with national and international banks, export credit agencies and DFIs;
• Providing legal advice on project contracts (EPC, O&M, supply agreements, offtake agreements, tolling agreements) related to the relevant initiatives

Personal Attributes:

• Graduate in Law;
• Previous experience of at least 7 years in an international law firm or international company advising on project finance transaction and M&A deals;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
