Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to growing the business development pipeline by generating new project
opportunities with potential clients.
• Assist in preparing, following up, and securing the acquisition of new contracts for NextChem Tech.
• Design, develop, and implement all process design activities relevant to the technologies in the portfolio.
• Conduct process analysis and simulations to evaluate process efficiency.
• Prepare HM (Heat and Mass) Balance Sheets, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Piping and
Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Size equipment, compile data sheets, and provide process design of Proprietary Items.
• Demonstrate knowledge of international best practices and engineering standards, including line
definition and sizing, PSV and Control Valves calculation and sizing, and logical control loops.
• Support HazOp and HazId studies and prepare Process Specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Assist various disciplines in detailed design development, conduct feasibility analyses, and ensure
compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Develop projects according to deadlines and budgets, assist in supervising plant start-up operations, and
collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance.

Personal Attributes:

• Freshly graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Chemical or Energy Engineering.
• Knowledge of production processes, production methods, and technologies.
• Skills in the use of process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS, others) are considered a value-added.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office Package.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
