We are looking for a Junior IT Service Delivery professional who will be responsible for providing the organization with 1st level IT service support, ensuring security standards, and applying the roll-out of global and local guidelines.
The candidate will support his manager in providing a population of 300+ employees in Milano (2 offices) with the appropriate 1st level support concerning both client and software installment and update, as well as User IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
Main Accountabilities
- Client installation / update (Laptops & desktops)
- Installation / Configuration of corporative software (iPhones & iPads)
- Direct contact with the Global IT team and with other affiliates
- User IT infrastructure
- Server environment (1 level)
- Network / Wlan (1 level)
- Administration of Service Now
- Administration of Active Directory
- Responsibility of HP service manager
- Addition folder permission
- Addition software installation
- User training and onboarding (Windows, Outlook, etc.)
- User communication regarding security, rules, usage
- Improve the failure points identified in audit sessions
- Partner of the Business regarding specific IT requests
Your Profile
We are looking for an open-minded IT professional with a resilient attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a caring personality, as well as strong communication skills. Please apply if you meet the following requirements:
- Italian mother-tongue with good English proficiency
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing 1st Level IT support to a significant population of users
- Bachelor degree is a plus
