What you’ll do:
You will join the team of IT Portfolio & Program Management and in particular in the management IT Process & Supporting Tools Management reporting directly to the IT Process Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in:
Process Management:
- Process Mapping: Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC.
- Process Improvement: Identify and design optimized processes for improvement.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure processes adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during process or system changes.
- KPIs and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Gap Analysis: Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.
ICT Business and Functional Analysis:
- Translating Processes into Workflows: Convert business processes into detailed IT system workflows.
- ServiceNow Business and Functional Analysis: Conduct analysis to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements.
- Support for ServiceNow Development: Support the ServiceNow development team, providing insights, requirements, and feedback to support projects and developments, ensuring alignment with business needs and process improvements.
Project Management for ServiceNow Change Management:
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring it stays on track and within budget.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and change logs.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years in Business or Functional Analysis, Process Management, and/or Project Management.
- Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Business and/or Functional Analysis, Process Management, and/or Project Management.
- Strong analytical, logical, and negotiation skills.
- Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of the ICT world.
- Familiarity with Process Management, Project Management, and/or Analysis methodologies.
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous relevant experience in Project Management, Process Management, Business Analysis and/or Functional Analysis.
- Knowledge of common ICT frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
- Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, RUP, Agile User Stories, BPMN, Functional Decomposition, Lean Six Sigma, Use Case Management.
- Any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.
