Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- To participate in the Labour Cost Budget processes using the Company tool, discussing with the various functions involved, ensuring the subsequent monitoring of the recruiting progress;
- To manage all the recruitment process, defining skills for new positions with relevant functions, according to the Labour Budget;
- To search adequate candidates by using different and appropriate channel accordingly to the specific needs (Job Posting Portal, internet search providers, job agencies, job fairies, etc.);
- To interview candidates and provide proper evaluations;
- To manage contractual negotiations with candidates;
- To manage the onboarding process;
- To cooperate with Personnel Administration for payroll operations and proper updates;
- To manage processes, letters and other relevant documentation regarding the work relationship circle (confirmation, promotion, resignations, dismissals, change of job/seat/assignment, grievances, working time, etc.).
Required Experience & Skills:
- University Degree in Economics or Humanities. A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a plus;
- 3/5 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position;
- strong generalist HR knowledge;

- ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment;
- excellent communication and management skills;
- fluent English, spoken and written;
- strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
