How you’ll live your ambition:
From our offices in Genoa, as a HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our recruitment strategy across national and global sourcing markets for a defined set of departments and follow the screening, resourcing, interviewing of candidates up to the onboarding.
You will also have the opportunity to support the Administration and Payroll Team in the management and processing of salaries starting from the coding sheets presence fulfill the legal duties, tax and social security regarding personnel administration.
Responsibilities:
- You will chart the course of our recruitment execution, building an open and trustworthy relationship with relevant stakeholders within and outside the company.
- You strive to build an efficient and open journey for the candidate, providing information in a polite and confident way.
- You execute mass-volume recruitment in specific position raising awareness on constraints and providing data-driven evidence of trends.
- You are accountable for the pipeline in the assigned departments and follow through with different stakeholders in order to reach key performance indicators (i.e. time to hire).
- Thanks to your ability to handle the administrative side you will be responsible for preparing the employment contract and making the employee aware of all wage, tax and social security clauses.

Requirements:
- You have experience at recruitment and administrative role.
- You hold an academic background in Hr, Economics, Psychology, Business, International Studies, Languages or a degree in another area and a master in Hr or recruitment.
- You have excellent communication skills, and you are focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas.
- You are talented in organizing, time-management, prioritizing and administration.
- As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English and in at least another language among French, German, Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to Italian language (mother-tongue).
- Teamwork comes naturally, inspiring others to give their best.
- Certification of eligibility under Law 68/1999 will be considered as a preferential qualification
