GROUP MARKETING SPECIALIST

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

Following the guidelines provided by the Responsible, the Group Brand Marketing Specialist has the following main responsibilities:

  • Perform the assigned brand development activities for all the Group Companies, for example the declination of the Brand for the different Group Companies on the different communication materials and the creation of new brands for specific Group initiatives;
  • Participate in the conception, planning and execution of specific brand marketing campaigns;
  • Ensure the proper update of the Group brand assets/design system and of the flows for sharing the guidelines/materials among the relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Participate in the analysis of opportunities and challenges for the positioning and promotion of the Group’s brands.
  • Carry out assigned activities related to the marketing mix for the different Group Companies, such as planning and optimizing communication channels, content, events, and participation in industry conferences, measuring and monitoring performance.
  • Perform the assigned activities aimed at keeping consistency of the contents conveyed in the corporate communication touchpoints with the Group design system (by way of example but not limited to consistency with the guidelines indicated by the Parent Company in the development of materials containing brands);
  • Coordinate the preparation of the internal and external communication tools, both online and offline, and in maintaining the related consistency for the Group Companies;
  • Prepare and/or update the relevant internal reporting as requested by the Responsible;
  • Support the Responsible in managing the administrative activities of the Function, such as but not limited to, the filing of RDA, SES and GR;
  • Support the Responsible in managing the relationships with suppliers.

Skills and Abilities:

  • 3/5 years of experience in Brand, Marketing and Communications within structured corporate environments or consulting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating effective and impactful presentations.
  • Strong and proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
