CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

For the Automotive Division of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for a:

 

CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

 

The person will take care of the following activities:

 

-Maintain periodic relationship with OE customers through performance review

-manage periodical analysis samples from the market

-analyze the warranty costs associated with OEM supplies and reports regularly to the Internal organization

-manage After Market customer complaints, according to internal procedures; this activity will require direct contact with customers on an occasional basis on the market

-internal interface with all entities involved for the introduction of new After Market products

-collaborate in Product Development Process during introduction of new product or change in product/process to solve or anticipate potential failure modes

-support production plants during periodical customer visits at supplier site

-support to Quality management in the external warehouse

-manage the product certificate needed for sales.

 

Requirements of the position:

-Technical os scientific degree (Engineering preferred)

-Knowledge of the Quality System (with preference for the automotive sector), of ISO 9001 and the IATF 16949 standards

-customer portal management

-Knowledge of automotive tools (like APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP)

-good knowledge of English

-good knowledge of MSOffice

-1/3 years of experience in the role.
