System Integration Lead
The System Integration Lead is the key person who can bridge and translate business needs into technical requirements. This person has technical background in the iOps systems and tools and has good understanding of the different operational processes.
Their key responsibilities are:
- support the sales force and other market-based resources on tech
- ensure training and correct tech adoption
- follow all the IT tools at both European and Local level
- actively participate in tool developments, rollouts, and CR processes
- support on the O2B SAP process, support on issue resolution and CR processes
- manage local application support team, collaborate directly with the manager to define the related objectives and budgets
