Organizational Unit: Legal & Corporate Affairs – GCoD Transactions & Corporate IP

Activities:

• Support the business for legal matters including contracts and agreements, negotiation, training, litigation and disputes, special projects and other legal matters that arise
• Provide operational support on a variety of legal topics connected to merger & acquisition projects, including in the digital pharma space and under the guidance of the tutor.
• Ensuring legal training and best practices are disseminated to the business

Education: Degree in Law. Master thesis focusing on commercial, corporate, IP legal will be considered a plus.

Technical Capabilities:  Extensive knowledge of IT tools in Windows and Office 365

Soft skills: accuracy, proactivity, result-orientation, team working.

Languages: Fluent English
