REWARD ASSISTANT
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Cluster Reward Manager, part of the wider European Reward Expertise team.
The role is responsible to support the review, design and development of competitive, cost effective and innovative reward solutions, to attract, motivate and retain employees in the assigned cluster of countries.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EOY Salary review
Support in the landing of the annual pay review (via Workday/Reward) according to the global process and timeline in the most efficient and effective way. Assist in the planning, organization, coordination and monitoring of key aspects of the annual salary and bonus review cycle (in case not included in Workday/Reward).
Reward Benchmarking and Survey
Support in reward benchmarking – researching and analysing trends in pay and benefits using established surveys and reports from external providers, to support the annual pay review process and ad hoc benchmarking requests from the business.
Draw conclusions from survey results and recommend revisions/changes and develop actions.
Salary Structure
Responsible to support the creation of country budgets for employees’ salary increases based on Market Benchmarking. Assist in proposing the annual Reward investments (including RP&RP).
Job Evaluation
Understand main concept to conduct job evaluations for different roles, discussing the roles and challenging HRBPs and line managers as appropriate to ensure a robust process. Ensure consistency in the country cluster with the other European countries also by participating and contributing to the bi-weekly European job evaluation call.
Reward Strategy and Policy
Responsible to support the implementation of global/local reward policies in a fair and consistent way, in the country cluster. Ensure consistency of reward practice in the cluster. Responsible to propose action plans to correct deviations from the policy.
Reward Inquiry and Problem Resolution
Case management resolution and escalate when necessary.
Reward Communication
Support in the delivery of the Total Reward Statement in the country cluster according to the global framework and timeline.
Exit Policy
Support in the development of legally complaint exit packages
