For our Recruitment Center team based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a passionate, enthusiast Recruiting Specialist to support us attracting the best talents!
The position reports to the Recruitment Center Manager and will be dedicated to Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for Ferrero Italy.
Covering the position of Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for recruitment end to end and will independently manage the full selection process: collection of business needs and kick-off meeting, advertisement of the vacancy, CV screening, interviews, candidates’ assessment and feedback.
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
As the point of reference for the recruitment journey, you will interact with different stakeholders, partnering with colleagues and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Moreover, you will be an active contributor to the recruitment digital transformation by taking care of digital data quality and KPIs analysis, enabling the continuous improvement of our processes.
Employer Branding is part of the Team scope, too. We will organise and participate to Career Days, Job Fairs and events, partnering with universities. We will also work on reinforcing our reputation and talent attraction on the market through effective communication on our main channels.
You will bring your Master’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication or related fields and your 3-5 years of experience in a similar role such as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, etc.

Moreover, we will value your solid knowledge of talent attraction through the best channels/tools, your capability to partner with a variety of stakeholders (both in Italian and English) and your autonomy in managing the daily challenges with a curious and creative approach.
Your IT savviness, especially with Excel and dashboards, will be of great help to move towards a fully digitalized process and approach.
