As a Rapid Return Agent, you will be responsible to face with customers in car return phase, checking the cars and Contracts. This position presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to illustrate their exceptional customer service skills as they are often the last point of contact with our valuable clients. You also will be available to work shifts over a seven day roster

• Are able to be responsible for the overall inspection of returned vehicles so as to ensure that any areas of concern are flagged and resolved
• Are able to provide solutions to customer issues
• Are willing to go the extra mile
• Will be available to work shifts over a seven day roster
• Have good communication and teamworking skills
• Fluent in English
• Have a full and valid driver licence
