The Global Information Technology (IT) Department of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is actively working on rationalising and streamlining the diverse technological landscape within the Group. This ongoing initiative bears many aspects and lead to many projects mobilising the overall workforce of the company.

Junior Hr Recruiter

Per ampliamento del nostro dipartimento Human Resources, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:

 

JUNIOR HR RECRUITER – ICT

La risorsa, inserita in un contesto multinazionale, sarà di supporto alle seguenti attività:

·       Creazione e pubblicazione Job Description

·       Screening CV e ricerca diretta sui principali canali (es. Linkedin)

·       Colloqui conoscitivi

·       Gestione delle Academy interne: selezione profili junior, contatto con le università/enti di formazione, supervisione nella preparazione dei corsi

·       Employer Branding e Sourcing

·       Reportistica

REQUISITI

·       Laurea in Discipline umanistiche o cultura equivalente

·       Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

·       1-2 anni di esperienza come HR Recruiter in contesti IT/ICT

·       Proattività e predisposizione al teamworking

·       Flessibilità

·       Spiccate capacità organizzative, di team working, relazionali e comunicative.
