For the User Productivity services described in DIT Services Catalogue she/he is responsible for ensuring that agreed targets (SLO/SLA) and conditions are met on behalf of DIT organization over the site(s) under responsibility.
Reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager, she/He provides a link among Company projects and programs, internal customers, DIT resources and solution, and external subcontractors running UP services and solutions. To ensure that service levels are achieved at site(s) level.
-Technical skills and knowledge of user productivity services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices and unified communication tools.
-Ability to achieve and to maintain contractual KPIs at targeted level (SLA, other KPIs)
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Professional behavior, results oriented, problem solving, end users oriented. keen to take responsibilities, open minded.
-Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from top managers.
-Project management. Able to manage / deal with subcontractors.
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably on Computer Science
