IT Service Delivery

  • For the User Productivity services described in DIT Services Catalogue she/he is responsible for ensuring that agreed targets (SLO/SLA) and conditions are met on behalf of DIT organization over the site(s) under responsibility. Reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager,
  • she/He provides a link among Company projects and programs, internal customers, DIT resources and solution, and external subcontractors running UP services and solutions. To ensure that service levels are achieved at site(s) level. Profile -Technical skills and knowledge of user productivity services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices and unified communication tools. -Ability to achieve and to maintain contractual KPIs at targeted level (SLA, other KPIs) -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines -Professional behavior, results oriented, problem solving, end users oriented. keen to take responsibilities, open minded. -Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from top managers. –
  • Project management. Able to manage / deal with subcontractors. -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably on Computer Science
