- Manages customer complaints and delivery satisfying customer service for E-commerce Channel
- Steers the management of orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiation
- Ensures high quality and efficiency of CS processes, steers and monitors Service KPIs of CS
- Acts as point of contact between customers and internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Management etc.)
- Maintains high service level Identifies and improves department bottle necks
- Master Degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Passion for working with numbers, analytical mind set
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Plus: SAP understanding
- Availability for 6-month internship
