The mission of Corporate Communications is building and protecting company’s reputation and promote Henkel’s brand and strategy awareness among internal and external stakeholders. It is also a consultant for Functions, Business Units and Leaders in developing and delivering communications projects for internal and external audience. In our team you will have the opportunity to develop highly professional skills in communication becoming a relevant advisor for several communication scopes: Leadership communication, Press and media relation; Internal Communication; Content creation and strategy development; Event organization; Sustainability communication; Employee relations; Public speaking.
YOUR ROLE:
- Support the corporate communication manager in managing Internal Communication channels
- Maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and international corporate communication team
- Create contents and develop corporate storytelling for internal and external audience
- Support the organization of internal and external company’s events and campaign
- Support in updating corporate website
- Create reports and documents on key topics/trends/projects
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree in communication, journalism, modern literature or similar field
- Knowledge of writing and web-writing techniques
- Interest in learning the role of corporate communication officer
- Ability to synthesize and create targeted communication
- Attitude in thinking out of the box and going over the to-do-list
- Excellent in organization and time management
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian is mandatory
