Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within Group Communications & Public Affairs, Group Corporate Identity is currently looking for an intern in Group Employee Communications that will support the team in managing the execution of the internal communication at Group level,  including the following activities:

  • Support for ordinary and ongoing activities: favor alignment between the various activities of Sponsorship, Employee Communications, Event hub, Content hub and Media Relations
  • Active support for the coordination and management of the various activities related to the “Special Edition” of the Generali Milano Marathon, which will take place on May 16, 2021
  • Coordination and management of the activities and events that will take place throughout 2021 related to the celebration of the 190th anniversary of Assicurazioni Generali
  • Active support for the implementation of the new Sponsorship and Community Initiatives Guideline, which came into effect in December 2020
  • Support for the organization of the various activities planned for the 53rd edition of Barcolana


The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

Must have

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in communications, marketing, management, laws
  • Ability to liaise with all stakeholders from Top Management to external providers
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery and ability to manage multiple projects in a global and complex environment
  • Proven experience with digital tools such as Outlook, Office. Knowledge of Adobe Creative and Email Marketing Tools will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in Sponsorship would be considered a plus
