Organizational Unit: Global Value & Access


  • Maintenance, update and, when appropriate, improvement of Chiesi prices DB
  • Analysis and predictive reports of prices changes impact (IRP)
  • Monitor and report pricing policies trends and legislation
  • Coordination of the submission and approval of Affiliates prices requests, including IRP analysis and recommendations
  • Active attendance to Budget, FCT and Business Review Meetings with Region(s)and Affiliates
  • Development of investment budget for the area of responsibility, FCT and PRC
  • Support to Pricing assessment for assets in development or potential acquisition, including participation to dedicated meetings and committees when appropriate, Due Diligence and contracts review
  • Travel required (approx. 25% of time in standard conditions)


Master’s degree in economics or Scientific degree, preferably with post-graduate training in business administration (e.g. MBA) or International Healthcare management

International experience during the study years (≥ 6 months) would be a plus.

Experience required:

  • ≥ 3 years in Strategic/ Operational Pricing in Global Pharmaceutical Companies, preferably at Global or Regional level. As an alternative, same length and Company type experience in Finance with some experience in transfer pricing.
  • Understanding of / experience in:

1) working within the global/EU payer environment;

2) drivers for reimbursement, value-based access

3) international pricing and reimbursement environments

4) International reference price dynamics
