Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within Group Communications & Public Affairs, Group Employee Communications and Event Management is currently looking for an intern in Group Employee Communications that will support the team in managing the execution of the internal communication at Group level, including the following activities:

  • Facilitating the distribution and promotion of communication contents and plans towards a global network of communicators for local deployment
  • Monitoring and reporting of progress related to local plans, collecting feedback from the communications community
  • Supporting the team in project management, the planning and delivering of communication projects and activities
  • Coordinating and operating the internal communication channels (e.g. Portal, Newsletters, Chatbot, etc)

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

Must have

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in communications, marketing or management
  • Ability to liaise with all stakeholders from Top Management to external provider
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery and ability to manage multiple projects in a global and complex environment
  • Proven experience with digital tools such as Outlook, Office. Knowledge of Adobe Creative and Email Marketing Tools will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in Corporate/Employee Communication would be considered a plus
