Main Responsibilities:

Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:

• Setting sap: master data control, input of cut off dates, coordination of line list management;
• drafting of internal calendar activities of demand planning area
• preparation of scenario and statistical basis for demand derivation
• management and coordination of sales forecast
• aggregation of forecasts and processing of sales requirements by cut off/sku/plant
• drafting of reports and forecasts to be shared with the supply chain area
• internal reporting to the demand planning office

Key Requirements:

• Bechelor degree in Economics or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Positive, proactive, flexible attitude, team-working & problem solving oriented
• Knowledge of SAP, Sap Business Object, Hyperon planning and Hyperon Business Intelligence
• Fluent in English
• Strong computing skills especially Office (xls, word ppt)
