Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our friendly Customer Service Team in the office of Legnano (Milano).

In this role you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers and the Sales Team, ensuring an efficient and precise “order to billing” process.

What You Will Do

  • Order to billing process: managing orders from customer demand (manual and automatic orders) until invoicing.
  • Checking product availability, prices, delivery times and the status of orders.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to our customers and Sales Force.
  • Set up and check prices, promotions, discounts in SAP.
  • Make reports and analysis on daily bases.
  • Strong cooperation with SUS, Logistic, Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Creating and maintaining material and Customer Master in SAP.
  • Managing customer complaints, both quality and service and drive the process within the organization.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Able to communicate effectively at different levels of organization in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • SAP R3 and APO good knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem solving and teamwork capabilities.
