Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Lead Project Engineer

As a Lead Project Engineer, you will work closely with several engineering Teams and coordinate all the technical activities needed to the overall fulfillment of quality, costs and timeline metrics of the requisition project.

You will also be responsible for:

– Customer management for any technical aspect of the project

– Technical coordination of all the ENG functions/dept involved in the design effort

– Technical risks identification and mitigation

– Leadership reporting for any technical subject

To be successful in this role you will have:
– Master Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

– 8+ years of experience in a Technical role

– Previous experience in Project Engineering

– Strong communication/presentation skills

– Fluent in English and Italian

 

Lead and Senior Process Engineer

As a Lead and Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible of process design activities for both NPD programs and requisition activities of Carbon Capture & Storage/Utilization Plants associated with plants varying from Oil and Gas to Industrial applications:

– Perform process static simulations of plant processes conditions to get thermodynamic data for equipment’s sizing of Carbon Capture & Storage/Utilization Plants

– Ability to use specific software for Carbon Capture applications such as Aspen plus in addition to standard software for process simulations (HYSYS or Unisim)

– Ability to create spreadsheet or develop unit operation by means of programing languages (such as Fortran) to be embedded in process simulation tool

To be successful in this role you will have:
– Master’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering

– Proven experience in process engineering and carbon capture technology

– Prior experience in managing technical programs, designing and developing new products

– Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

– Knowledge of International Codes like API, ANSI, ASME

– Fluency in English is essential

– Ability to work in large and global teams

– EU work permit

 

Carbon Capture Program Manager

As Carbon Capture Program Manager you are responsible to define and execute Carbon Capture technology programs to support product development roadmap definition and execution, managing also relevant pilot projects and research & development initiatives

Focusing on a specific innovative Carbon technology added to the TPS portfolio, you will be requested to perform on the following objectives:

  • Liasing with Engineering team, lead definition and execution of technology validation programs and to table industrialization roadmap defining also the optimal supply chain set-up;
  • Liaising with other functions, assess in-house competencies to execute opportunity.
  • Together with CCUS Platform Leader, define the target product / solution cost and lead time for specific market application,
  • Lead coordination of program activities including, but not limited to, application of appropriate processes to design and deliver programs/projects to fulfill aims,
  • Identify and work with third party suppliers e.g. consultancies, as required, to provide additional skills, expertise, and resource to deliver projects
  • Manage the project resources appropriately to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget as per program plan”

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Mechanical, Chemical and Process engineering degree strongly preferred,
  • Strong background in process industry and preferred Carbon Capture technology knowledge,
  • Proved experience in similar jobs – Product Leadership, Innovation, Engineering, Process / Plant design,
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers,
  • Fluent English essential, Italian or another language would be an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience of CO2 Capture technology costing and planning
  • Experience in program management and of managing external delivery partners
