For our Headquarters in Parma, we are looking for new graduates (with minimum an internship experience) to join our central Supply Chain.

Brief Description
The individual will be based in Parma (Italy) and will report to the Capital & Project Planning Senior Manager.

You will provide assistance and specialist knowledge in planning and controlling the investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with total and category spending constraints, and ensuring the correct execution of documentary and authorization processes for each initiative. More specifically, you will contribute to the following activities:

•    Performing analysis regarding annual budget
•    Monitoring project’s spending

•    Measuring performance indicators

•    Preparing reports and data analytics visualization

•    Managing and monitoring capital appropriation requests submissions

•    Defining and updating KPIs and guidelines

Who we are looking for
•    New graduates in Master’s degree in Management Engineering

•    Minimum 6 months of internship experience

•    Excellent academic background
•    Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)
•    Fluent English and Italian
•    Strong analytical skills

•    Strong organisational skills
•    Ability to communicate effectively
•    Ability to work in team
