Bid – Proposal manager

Support and guide the internal BID team and Capture process with preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval and

Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation

Supervise proposal finalization.

Requirements for the position:

1. Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
2. True team player, enjoying working within a multidisciplinary environment
3. Demonstrates accountability by taking full responsibility for tasks and decisions, ensuring transparency and reliability in delivering results
4. Strong coordination skills and ability to lead teams
5. Excellent command of English.
