We are looking for an Associate Project Manager for our BU High Voltage in Lodi.
Your responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints coming from site;
- Coordinate different departments to provide fast and effective solution to customers (materials, activities and reports);
- Ensure the flow of information needed by the parties involved to solve issues and identify sustainable improvements;
- Monitor the status of the complaint and act as a single interface with customers;
- Minimize costs associated with the complaints;
- Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background
- Engineering degree (better Electrical or Management);
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Availability to travel;
- Ability of problem solving and communication skills;
- Certification PMI/PMP is a plus;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Previous experience of Project management of at least 1/2 years nice to have;
- Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, German or French nice to have.
